What we collect
When you complete a form on this website we collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you provide. We do not collect any other personal data through this site, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
If you submit a testimonial, we also collect the company name and rating you provide, and your confirmation that you are happy for it to be published.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to supply goods and services to you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to someone who has contacted us about our products. Testimonials are published on the basis of the consent you give when submitting one.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting order, and for up to six years afterwards where required for accounting and tax purposes. Published testimonials are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and our email, and only to the extent needed:
- Cloudflare — website delivery, security and spam prevention
- SendGrid (Twilio) — delivery of form notification emails
- Google Workspace — our business email
Each acts as a data processor under contract. Some may process data outside the UK; where that happens it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms from automated abuse, may set a short-lived technical token in your browser. This is strictly necessary for the form to work and is not used to track you across sites.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
